Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining core research clients such as universities and research institutes, accurately identifying their needs in cell culture, lentivirus construction, high-throughput sequencing, and other related services, building a stable customer cooperation system, and consolidating the customer base.

2. Relying on professional knowledge to provide technical consulting services to clients, designing reasonable experimental plans based on clients' research goals, patiently answering questions related to experimental operations, data analysis, and result interpretation, and helping clients efficiently promote research projects.

3. Follow up on the entire service process, coordinate efficient cooperation within the internal team, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects, synchronously promote customer payment collection work, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation willingness.

4. Participate in various academic promotion activities, actively expand customer channels, timely collect industry dynamics, market demand, and competitor information, provide rational optimization suggestions, and strive to achieve the sales targets set by the company.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above, major in cell biology, molecular biology or related fields, with 1-3 years of experience in scientific research services.

2. Proficient in cell culture, lentivirus construction and packaging technology, familiar with high-throughput sequencing principles, experimental procedures and report interpretation methods, able to independently solve various technical problems raised by customers.

3. Possess excellent communication and expression skills, business negotiation and customer maintenance abilities, skilled in scheme design and requirement mining, strong sense of goal, able to independently explore the market and bear corresponding sales pressure.

4. Priority will be given to those who have relevant customer resources such as universities and research institutes, possess good teamwork spirit and professional ethics, and can adapt to certain business travel needs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Content operation: responsible for the daily operation of official account, video account and Xiaohongshu account, planning topics around cell experiment technology (such as cell culture, transfection, slow virus construction, etc.), writing popular science tweets, making short videos of experiment operation and graphic notes.

2. Technical live streaming: Plan and host 2 technical live streams per week, covering experimental operation demonstrations, technical difficulty Q&A, product application cases, etc. Responsible for live streaming scripts, on-site explanations, and audience interaction.

3. Experimental demonstration: In response to market promotion needs, demonstrate the operation process of cell experiments on camera (such as slow virus transduction, stable cell strain screening, etc.), and transform professional skills into vivid and easy to understand teaching content.

4. User interaction: Interact with research users (graduate students, PIs, industry practitioners) through private messages and comment sections, collect technical issues, and provide feedback to the R&D or sales team.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and major: Master's degree or above; Major in cell biology, molecular biology, basic medicine, and related fields.

2. Core experimental skills: Proficient in cell culture techniques, with practical experience in packaging, infecting, and constructing stable cell lines for slow viruses, familiar with relevant experimental principles and solutions to common problems.

3. New media capabilities:

·Be familiar with the official account layout, short video clips (clip/PR), and the production of Xiaohongshu pictures and text notes;

·Understand the rules and preferences of video accounts, Xiaohongshu platform, and research users. Candidates with operational experience are preferred;

·Capable of independently designing shooting scripts for experimental operations.

4. Image and expression: Excellent image and temperament, standard Mandarin, good camera sense and language expression ability, capable of performing on camera explanations and live streaming hosting work.

5. Bonus points: Experience in operating scientific research self media, producing experimental teaching videos, or possessing good English literature reading skills (able to track international cutting-edge technologies).
