In August 2017, under the personal leadership of General Manager Li Changlu, the Ruite Biotechnology enterprise team went to Qingyuan, Guangdong to conduct a two-day outdoor expansion training aimed at promoting communication and exchange among employees, strengthening team cohesion, enhancing unity and cooperation among various departments of the company, reshaping team passion, and enhancing corporate cohesion and combat effectiveness.

This section aims to enhance the team members' abilities and skills in organization, communication, and collaboration, as well as their leadership skills and abilities in the rational allocation and utilization of human resources. Before the competition, each group engaged in extensive discussions, with team members expressing their own opinions and actively discussing action strategies and plans. In the competition, each group carefully implements the established plan, shouting the rhythm, maintaining balance, and putting in effort. Everyone performs their duties and works together, which not only strengthens the tacit understanding among team members, but also cultivates their sense of collective honor and team dedication.

This project is novel, interesting, and innovative, and more importantly, it can greatly boost morale and unite people's hearts. Any team that wants to achieve excellent results in this project must maintain a high degree of team coordination and combine various elements such as unity, cooperation, and infectiousness to complete it.

[Soldiers on the battlefield]

This section uses ropes to form a circle of a certain size as the battlefield, balloons filled with water instead of bombs, and mineral water bottles instead of landmines. Each team has three roles, one observer, one commander, and the remaining members are all soldiers. Observers observe the battlefield but can only make movements and cannot speak. Commanders can speak with their backs to the battlefield, while soldiers are blindfolded and cannot see or speak. The commander and observer are outside the circle, and the commander receives messages through observer gestures. Soldiers are within the circle, receiving messages from commanders through their ears to execute orders. Under the command of the commander, soldiers from both sides attack each other with bombs. The winner is determined by which team has more survivors in the end.

This seemingly simple game requires the observers in the team to accurately provide feedback on the information they see, the commander to receive the information accurately and issue instructions in a timely manner, and the soldiers to target them according to the instructions in order to ultimately achieve victory. This is exactly like how senior, middle, and grassroots personnel in enterprises also need accurate feedback, close communication, precise deployment, and meticulous execution in order to implement enterprise strategies effectively and carry out various tasks in practice.

This team building activity was fully participated by all members. Although the temperature was high during the activity, the enthusiasm of the team members was not affected at all. Here, there are no lofty leaders, no barriers between departments, and no rigid company system.
